Precious Proof — Weekly Feature #416

In both World Wars Canada issued War Savings Stamps.  In 1941 a booklet of 8 stamps showing various scenes from World War II was produced.  We offer this die proof on India paper mounted on card with Die # XG732.  The card stock has been carefully trimmed away so as not to damage the India paper but small remainders of the card jut out giving a slightly uneven look.  Unused no gum as issued on India Very Fine.  Our Price: $295.
