Registration

You may bid in our auction once you register with your name, valid e-mail address, and telephone number. Existing customers from our online store don't need to re-register. You can simply login with your registered email address and password.

Placing a bid

Click on a bid button to reserve an item at the corresponding price and date. You will receive an e-mail confirming your bid. Further e-mail notifications will be sent if you are outbid by another bidder, and when the auction period has ended. Make sure that your e-mail filters are configured to allow messages from the iankimmerly.com domain.

You may place a bid at any price. We will note your bid even if it is not the top bid on an item.

Your auction bid is a legal contract to purchase. If you believe that a bid was placed with your account in error, please contact us.

Determining a winner

Auctions end at 11:59pm Eastern Time on the corresponding Bid Date, where a bid exists. The earliest bid recorded for the price at that bid date is the auction winner. Winning bidders will be notified with payment instructions.

If there are no bidders at a given price, the auction continues to the next Bid Date.

If the Final Bid Date passes with no bids, the auction ends and the item is available for purchase at the full retail price.

Buy Now

You can instantly end an auction at any time by clicking on the Buy Now button to purchase the item at full retail price.

Finding items of interest

The listing can be filtered by status (ie., all auctions, those with or without bids, and your bids), or you can search by keywords or lot number. Click the Perform Search button for the filter to take effect when you have made your selection.

Kimmerly Dollars

Unfortunately, Kimmerly Dollars (our in-store coupons) are not given with Auction purchases and cannot be used to pay for them.
