CANADA #604 OFF-CENTER STRIP

We recently bought a dealer's stock. He had valued quite highly a number of eight cent strips of four which are off-center. In 3 or 4 of these the perforation holes cut the "C" of Canada. We have eighteen of these and offer them one to a customer for the nominal sum of one dollar. (If you come into the store, they are available for 32 cents.) We will sell the most off-centered ones first. Tagging varies from centered tp almost one bar tagging.
