A small number of the 14 cent Parliament issue of 1978 were printed on gummed side. (The stamp paper is gummed before printing and this gum is somewhat difficult to see). We offer a block of four from the upper left corner, well centered and with the variety "missing brick" in position one. There is a small natural inclusion above position two.
